Attorney Kish has over six years experience handling a wide array of cases.  Though his practice primarly focuses on criminal matters  and general civil cases, he has extensive experience handling personal injury cases from the time of the crash all the way through trial and the court of appeals, if necessary.  

 

In one of his most notable cases, Attorney Kish served as co-counsel on cases in Warren, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio that sought to declare speed cameras that mail tickets to the owners of vehicles unconstitutional.  A second noteworthy case was his representation of a local student against the board of education following a freak injury at baseball practice.  Attorney Kish fought the school district all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court,which included oral arguments before the Justices of the Ohio Supreme Court.
